PERFORMANCE Statement:
The virtual reality world will be accessed with the help of the artist, as VMNOTSAFE facilitates their safe onboarding to see Beatrice in her most natural habitat for the last time before being married off to a privé collector.
(Technical info: People will enter the performance/exhibition space / room via slit in front door, led by curiosity; I greet them, wearing the virtual reality set; i guide them to the centre of the room, give them an eye mask ; transfer the oculus onto subject; THE POV will be casting LIVE to a screen on a plinth outside of the exhibition space, as well as on an iPad for control reasons;The sound of a black hole will be playing through a speaker to represent the transference of energy”).Beatrice will be sold as an NFT in both her physical and digital sense; All artworks were generated in collaboration with Artificial Intelligence

The BA Fine Art Loughborough University 2020 graduate focuses on gore aesthetics and the uncanny value.
The multidisciplinary,conceptual artist VMNOTSAFE, often comes with a NSFV/W warning. Through the prism of the psyche ,her recent body of work explores balance through detached tranquility, taking on the role of “the observer”
The artist pushes the boundary between physical, digital and mental spaces by creating and assigning specific functions to them.The VR artwork on display is primarily an AI exhibition space and secondarily acts as a hallmark of the presence of digital art within Fine Art practice. This concept is further solidified by being sold as an NFT.
