VMNOTSAFE situates her practice around a particular, contemplative psychological state, whereby she employs the feeling of unease as a catalyst for thought. The art aims to begin a conversation about taboo themes which are often rejected by society as intrinsically abject subject matter; encouraging the practice of mindfulness.

The acrylic painting deals with self-reflection. The exhibition title "Silent Transformations" evokes the self-reflective nature of the acrylic painting. Exhibited alongside many female artists empowers the collective.
